Everything I have learned so far flows into my work here: from my medical studies to Craniosacral Therapy, osteopathy, Biodynamic Vascular Work, and finally, healing shamanism.
I have given a name to this collection of knowledge, combined with my many years of experience: la cura pura

I am convinced that every treatment must address multiple levels:

• The body with all its anatomical structures
• The psyche with our emotions, beliefs....
• The soul with everything it brings as the mental or spiritual level

Sometimes the basic problem lies on just one of these levels; sometimes all three levels are affected.

Therapeutic stays

This offer is specifically designed for people who want to dedicate themselves fully to their healing.
I myself have spent several weeks on an Ayurvedic retreat in Sri Lanka on multiple occasions, which has always done me a world of good. Unlike these more ascetic Ayurvedic retreats, the focus here is also on having fun: In addition to my treatments, you can also enjoy the beaches, sip a cocktail, book boat or horseback excursions, dance bachata...

There are two options:

• A retreat in the traditional sense, lasting at least two weeks,
  with the option to extend it up to four weeks. This retreat is particularly suitable for healing and recovery after major life upheavals such as burnout, major surgeries, cancer, the loss of loved ones...
• A five-day intensive retreat for those with limited vacation time.

  I recommend extending your stay by at least two days afterward for rest and recovery.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be provided for an additional fee.
It is also possible to arrange for professional yoga instructors, massages, or beauty treatments, and of course excursions...
I would be happy to discuss all of this individually when you make a reservation request or upon arrival.

Educational courses

In Austria, I was deeply involved in the training of Upledger CranioSacral Therapy for many years.
I loved assisting with courses and providing supervision, but I never wanted to teach groups. That hasn’t changed.

What I’m offering here is unlike any other training program!

I will teach only one or, at most, two people at a time - provided those two wish to register together.
This allows us to take a very close look at what each person brings to the table and where and how I can further expand that knowledge.
In terms of the levels described in “la cura pura,” this could cover the physical, psychological, and/or spiritual aspects.

This training program lasts at least one week,
up to a maximum of two weeks, with 20 hours per week (4 hours per weekday).
The course involves intensive self-awareness work and also requires self-study outside of class hours.

There are no restrictions regarding your basic profession, because I do not believe that one needs a medical background to help others heal, and because I believe there can never be enough of us.
This training is also highly recommended for family members so they can continue the treatments at home.

Of course, certificates of participation are available for submission to various organizations.
